RE: Boots
Danner, LaCrosse, and Irish Setter. I own a pair from all three and have not had a single problem with any of them. I have had Rocky's in the past and they didn't seem to hold up as well as these do.
I also, IMHO, found that Rocky's seem to be a bit heavier than the others. This was a few years ago since i checked so that may have changes with the new technologies that everyone is using.

My Rocky boots both leaked after 2 seasons! I got my money back from Gander and went with the Alpha Burly and never looked back! They are alot lighter and a better tread when climbing up that kick ass ridge! Good luck this season!!!!!! Hunt Hard & Hunt often!

RE: Boots
I've got two pair of Rocky's, a pair of Irish Setters, and a pair of Alpha Burlys. The Irish Setters seem to be the toughest of my boots. All have been quite comfortable (I have to get Rocky's in wide). My Alpha's leak a little but it's not much of a factor unless I'm in water for a considerable amount of time.

RE: Boots
my buddy bought the rocky cornstalkers the first year they came out. they were advertised as the best boot you could have. for like 129$ they were supposed to be water proof and breathable. he told me they leaked so bad he couldnt wear them anymore after 2 outings. i would never buy rocky.
