Default Parker Phoenix 32

Hello everyone. I'm considering buying a Parker Phoenix 32 but I'm can't seem to find many reviews on it. Any input?

Also, what are your thoughts on the Archery Research AR-31. I'm trying to decide between the two.

I had a 32 for a year and sold it. I liked the bow but it was too short. Being a very short bow the cable leaves the cam at a steep angle and thus wears out the serving pretty quickly. I was constantly having to reserve my cable.

Overall it was a great bow to own and it did shoot very well. Little hand shock and was fairly quiet It was an accurate bow as well especially considering how short it was. I just made the mistake of getting the phoenix 32 instead of the 34.

I think you would be much happier with the P-34. They don't have the same problem with serving wear that the 32 does.

One more thing. Get it with a wood grip. That rubber grip absolutely sucks.

I posted the first part before you added the AR31 so I will add this.

I have not owned an AR but I absolutely love the bow (AR34). After I sold the phoenix I was deciding between the AR34 and the Bowtech allegiance. The allegiance won out only cause it was faster. The both felt great in the hand, had almost no hand shock at all and exibited no foward jump at the shot what so ever. IMHO they were pretty equal in all aspects except the alleginace was faster so if I gan get more speed with equal foregiveness I'll take it.

As far as the AR and the P34 I would take the AR any day.
