I bought a new bow and purchased a dozen carbon tec whitetails. Has anybody used these?

All I can tell you is what I have heard. I have heard that they are pretty good arrows.

i use the carbon tech cheetahs. i really like them, they group very well and are quick little arrows, ive heard people doubt there durability, well tonight my father in law was shooting with me( he also shoots the carbon techs) and shot one into the strand board behind our target didn't hit the target at all( targets pretty shot up we can only shoot the edges now and it was too dark to be shooting ooops), went about 3 inches through from 25 yards and didn't put hardly a scratch on the arrows.

i like my whitetails, but a good tail slap will chip the ends. while their spine tolerance is better that gold tips, they aren't nearly as tough in my experience. i've had them break going into oak sometimes, and sometimes not. i got some carbon tech rhinos and they seem to be tougher, but still not nearly as tough as gold tips. i'm hesitant to hunt with them because i'm afraid if i make a bad bone shot they will shatter.

get 'em at Flying Arrow Sports?

I've found them to be middle of the road durability wise. the XPs are as good as it gets tolerance-wise for an arrow that doesn't have any aluminum in it.
