NiteLite- problems with headlamp
I wanted to post this to see if I am doing something stupid or if the light is junk. This spring I ordered a Nite Lite, Hot Lite Pro kit with the belt, batterypack, & headlamp. I didn't charge it all summer because I didn't see any need to do so. a few weeks ago I was cleaning and I threw out the box and eciept and stuff that was in there. (idiot). The other night I plugged it in and let it charge overnight, and the charger shows that it is charged, but the light won't do anything. When i turn the dial on, the red led flashes 2 or 3 times and thats it. The dial also turns kind of hard in the middle.
I think I am going to have to get it fixed or something, and Im sure I will have to pay for it since I don't have any of the paperwork or the box. This kind of sucks. [:@]

RE: NiteLite- problems with headlamp
The dial on the battery pack or on the headlamp turns hard? I had a problem with one of the heads on a nite light and there was a faulty part in the headlamp. Call nite light and they will take care of it. When mine broke they offered to fix it for nothing, was right in coon season so I didn't want to send it in. They faxed me a diagram the next day on how to repair it and shipped the part express mail. The tech guy told me to call if I was having trouble and he would talk me through it. I've had great luck with them.

Thanks Mez, that sounds positive. I will give them a call and see what they can do.
I was talking about the dial on the battery. It turns a little bit, then gets real snug, and then about 2/3 of the way open it turns easy again.
