Louisiana bowfishing

I was watching Jr. vs. Sr American Chopper show yesterday, and they were in LA and went bowfishing at night, the first fish that they arrowed was a redfish(the rest were mostly sheepshead), is it legal to shoot redfish with a bow in LA?
