Default One last ry with Triple 7

Well I decided to give the Triple 7 one last try. I have figured out that the recoil from a muzzle loader will through a bullet all over the place. Well this time out I held my Encore 45 cal. very firm and used 105grs. of triple 7 behind a TC 155gr. saboted bullet. The results were good. I got a 4 shot group or 1 3/4" with 3 of them in 1 1/16". I know I said I was threw with the triple 7 but I think if this performance holds up I will stay with it. I am using a lightly dampened patch with #13 on it between every shot and using a brush with every 5th shot. Seems to be working.......Leon

Leon, it seems to me the performance you need to be working on is that of the shooter, and not the powder.......

Keep yore powder dry!!
