Black Mag 3 Powder

RE: Black Mag 3 Powder
Looks like this might be an interesting powder to try. I do not like the cost factor of the stuff but if it is as good as people are claiming, cost can be over looked. I shoot pure Goex 3f and really have not found much better out there. Clean up is not as easy of course but cost and performance sure is...
I have not seen Black Mag around in stores here, but then all we have on the shelves is American Pioneer Power, Pyrodex, and Triple Se7en. Even then you can not find the FFFg size, so I order my Goex by the case.
Nice buck by the way. Looks like a great hit through the neck downward....

If that load ain't broke, don't fix it[8D]
Like others have said, sounds like good powder but too steep in price!
Been doing the same thing with FFFg American Pioneer Powder(@ $16 a pound per case internet) for 4 years! No fowling-easy clean up-cost effective, can't beat it

Interesting post, has anyone tried it in a sidelock? What would be the max load one would use in a 50 cal hawken TC? One last question has anyone found it in Alberta yet?
