Default First blood on the hawken

While shooting the rifle this morning I Noticed the approach of a trophy red squirrel. It was big and mean looking so in the name of defending the youngins (and protecting the wires on my quad) I put the stalk on. Finally I was able to dispatch the critter at a mere 15yrds. Don't know if my wife will let me put the head mount in the house.... we will have to discuss that!

I was late for work today because of the shooting so I made the decission the either the job or the ML will have to go....... I hope welfare pays well!
I am currently looking for a second job for the wife (she is unaware of this) to help with my burdens.

The Threat of terrorist Squirrels is Vastly under-rated today in North America.
Thank you for stepping up to the plate to help preserve our way of life!

Congrats! Not many have the heart to stand up to a charge from an angry red squirrel. A fearsome foe. You'll need all that courage when you "tell" your wife she needs a second job!
