The one piece 25 1/2" one for my Omega. I also have a 26" version for my Disc Extreme, a 22" version for my Wife's Wolverine, and a 33" one for my GPR which also doubles as a rangerod even though I have 2 other rangerods. The only muzzleloader which does not have a Powerrod is my TK-2000 due to it being impractical. I guess you can say I believe in useing them.
Edit: Oops forgot the second part of your question.
Yes it stores well. Although it doesn't have the little notch in the end to help hold it in, it stays in the thimbles. Although it does come out 1/2" or so when I shoot.
