man that load had to hurt! LOL.

100gr BH209 with that 270gr Fed was super accurate in the V2 I shot them in. Actually I got it on video too LOL.

I know 110gr BH sitting under a 290gr Barnes T-EZ will definitely let you know you pulled the trigger. Shoot, turn around, pick up shoulder, reload.

yeah it was a little stout but i was going by the load data on the bor lock package! i thought it seemed a little on the peppy side !

I only got the idiot cut once. It was on the bench sighting in a slug gun with a low eye relief scope. I wasn't laughing but all the other guys were.

it should be a lot better when i drop the powder charge to 80-100 gr area i hope !

Yeah definitely.
Shooting the heavy load hunting..that's when it will bite you. If you end up that you plan to shoot heavier loads, I'd definitely consider upgrading the scope to something with good eye relief. Then there is no worries

I wouldnt drop it down to 80gr, thats a bit slow for that bullet IMO.

Agreed. 90-100gr should put you in happy land for that bullets performance out to 100-125 maybe stretching to 150 but I wouldn't expect full expansion at 150 with the trophy copper at that range with 90 grains. 100 grains maybe. I don't know the ranges you are expecting.
