Corey
Remember to make sure right off the bat to make sure the wife understands that the house is (HALF) you's, it's not ALL her's.
If you dont do this she'll have things her way and you will end up with a tiny little spot out in the garage or back room that is called Your's, the rest will be all her's.
When you sign the papers and walk into the house make sure you Claim Your SPOT, and remember this, it will be your 1 and only spot that you will ever have. The rest will be hers to decorate and do whatever she wants with, you will never be allowed to touch things or invade it..........get your spot as little as it may be it will be your only place to call home and do your thing.
Congrat's on your new Home!

Get your own little space cleaned out and ready.. Maybe even add a sofa couch as you may spend time on it when you argue about the honeydo list
