Aside from being thick, was there anything particularly wrong with the old Knight High Pressure .45/.40 sabots that were brown?

The sabots in the picture were only showed with 120grns by volume. I did not look for any others after that.

Those were MMP sabots and they are made from the older PLASTIC (your word) formulation can cause some plastic fouling like the old days..

Chet, I use the light blue sabots exclusively out of my .45s. As for bullets, I use the 200 gr 10mm XTPs and 10mm Nosler 180 gr Sportsman bullets. Both perform very well in their particular .45.
