really nice! I just cut the strip of tape and slid the lid off and out came everything else, including the Accura .45 box
Shes a shooter! I took the dog for a walk and on the way back at stopped at the 50 yard line and put 2 320gr reals into a 1 1/2" group shooting in a squatting position and then a 4" group at 75 yards. I couldnt see the target that well at 75 so im not going to complain! 80gr 3f american pioneer to boot.
There are a couple things im thinking about improving on and one at the top of the list is to install a larger pin in the barrel lol. This one is way to small i feel. Other than that, im just going to touch up some browning here and there and i'll be all smiled. Shes a good shooter.
Almost forgot, i went and added a lock screw plate as well. There was plenty of screw left and i figured it would be a good touch to keep the wood in good shape.

Yeah i still have to figure out the way to check the twist in the barrel. I wonder what barrel they used, the breech plug is a custom style bolt with the tang welded on. The original owner must have been crazy to sell it.
