My maternal Grandmother was born in Deutschland. I recognized the lyrics when i seen
your signature line, it is a song my granmother used to sing to us as children.

Heck ya, I'd sell em, but there would be no reproductions for me, it it isn't real I don't want anything to do with it!!! I think repro's are about the worst of the worst when it comes to fake!! I earned everyone of mine and it really bites me see a guy/gal buy their trophy. If you sell it-it's gone- period- you sold it!!!
It is my understanding that most (or all) of mounts at the BIG stores are FAKE, most of those people have never even shot a gun. I think all fake mounts should be marked. (do ya think I hate em???) jmop Doc

Something that I had worked so hard to get would be mine and no other's. Let the lazy b$terds go get their own friggen trophy. For most people, myself included, a true trophy is a once in a lifetime thing.
Not4Sale.
If I was in a different business (i.e. professional hunter) they are really not trophies but a business investment or a commodity if you will. In that case, to the highest bidder goes the bone.

and for the one's that were bought, paint them yellow for the lazy dogs that can't hunt.

I turned down 3000.00 for an antelope that at the time was number 700 and something in the record book. I would sell my elk mount because I don't have room for him and he is on display along with my daughters bull in a local store. They do have 6000.00 in insurance on each of them in case of damage. The third deer and the second elk the one with the brow time on his nose is my daughters animals.
