Didn't like Vista at first but it grew on me. One of our computers has Windows 7, and i like it.

I still run XP Professional version. That's how behind the times I am. But it works good and I see no reason to change.

XP is "ok" with Mozilla and the Ad block Plus addon. I didnt really care for Mozilla version 4.
Vista is garbage with any browser
Windows 7 is by far the best with either browser but i still havent tried IE9.

I test this stuff daily in real world environments and so far Windows 7 with Mozilla 3.6.15/AdblockPlus is the best thing going unless you prefer a Linux based OS.

I am in the same ocean with you... XP-Pro works very well for me but it will not be much longer and it will pass us by as Microsoft stops supporting it.

I was really hoping the Win 7 was a big improvement over VISTA...

I have Win 7, and use Chrome for a browser. Fast as lightening.

Except on this forum.

Try Opera and see if it runs this sight better. It is much faster on a special O/S i use for testing a PC if we don't install an O/S.

http://www.opera.com/browser/download/

Chrome is kinda cool but ive had such good luck with Mozilla and the proper addons, i just cant switch.

I don't want to change for one web site. It works perfect everywhere else.

This site is faster today. I hope it stays that way.
