I still remain 'open' to trying it...

Could be!... but I still remain open to at least looking at and shooting the product.

It might end up in the flower garden again but at least i took the time to look....

Didn't they do the same thing with JSG. It's the same powder as the APP, but a little more refined.

I had someone tell me that JSG isn't really made better to start with. It's just the best version of APP when it's made. It makes you wonder why they can't make all APP to the level of JSG?

I guess kitty litter is hard to control.

The only Super Powder is BH 209.

JSG... is screened to have a greater consistentcy than does the other APP's. The extra screening step and JS image make it cost a ittle more

Maybe if you are shooting an inline or your state will allow 209's

.

How I would love that. No greater joy than hunting a sidelock with BP and a PRB.

Have you ever seen 3F JSG? It looks just like 777 but a little lighter in color.

Not only seen it, but used it.

It doesn't come close to flowing like T7. I couldn't even get it to flow out of my powder horn. T7 does fine.

Nothing flows like BP. Especially Swiss. It flows like salt.

BH 209 is chunky too.

I would have to take issue with that... 3f JSG is much larger than 2f T7. I tried using JSG-3f for Rondy shoots... I could not even get it to flow through the flask to get it into a volume measure.

Mine 3F JSG has the same sized grains as 2F 777. Not sure what you looked at.
