Default Checked the bore of my friends tc hawken

I went out with my friend who bought an tc hawken. as I reported before it was out of the same collection as the two I bought.

the bore, looked great. already know we have to do some more cleaning to it. next time I head there, I will bring my jb, bore brush, and some of my heavier cleaners.

he started pricing all the accessories for it. I need to take him out shopping locally and online, lol

he is already wanting a few changes. he is wanting an aperture site for it. told him lymans cost about $70 to 80, just for the front. he is wanting an globe front for it. I can't remember where I saw one that would work, but it was about $30 or so.

Sounds like you have another project rifle going for you... Hope you can find all the time needed + still get out and do some shooting.

makes it all worst,

I still have the custom stock project for my win apex to do. lol

it is on hold, my dad can't find his router. we where going to use it, and bits to do must of the wood clearing. I had all the measurements done and know what size bites to do.

good thing most of my gun projects are done. for now.

I can do the dove tail front site in a few minutes. since I have an experience with tc rear sights. that should not take me long if he gets the tc peep. if he gets the lyman, that is another story.

as long as he has all the parts. and I have the (dis) instructions it should not take me too long to do just about everything he wants done, out side of browning (I am not good at) and stock refinishing.
