RE: Landowners Tag?
He DID answer your question by directing you to the Iowa deer hunting regs. If you had bothered to open the document and read it you' d see that it covers landowner tags on pages 7 and 8. Don' t take this the wrong way, but it sounds to me like you should read the entire document and THEN ask questions here. It is impolite to ask a question when you haven' t done any research at all.
I notice that you don' t list your location, but if you are not a landowner or tenant of the property you intend to hunt on in Iowa you may not get a free landowners tag. And even if you know somebody who does own land, you still have to pay for your license to hunt their land.

RE: Landowners Tag?
I don' t think so. I believe that the free landowners tag is considered no different than a paid tag in terms of eligability for multiple tags. That would mean that if you get an any-sex early ML tag as your free landowner tag, then you would not be allowed to get any antlerless only tags for any of the other regular seasons. Basically, if you hunt Early ML, you don' t get to hunt any other regulars season. The only special privelege you get as a landowner is that your first tag is free, but otherwise it' s the same as a paid license. If you have any doubts, call your local game warden or contact the DNR.
