Well like how much accuracy you try for that can be a personal choice.
Personally I determine what will fit and try every thing that will work since barrel whip or vibration enters into it. If they fit right they should shoot decent but you could be talking about the difference between a 1inch group and a 2 inch group, which some people care about and some don't.

I would greatly depend on which rifle you are shooting. Your bore size will detirmine which 451/452 x 50 sabot you might need.

The MMP HPH-24, Harvester Short Black or Long Black - should fit it, but I might suggest a Harvester Crush Rib to make sure...
Have you shot a sabot with a .452 bullet before?... i shoulda asked that in the first place....

Have you got any of them left?
Assuming that they are black... Look at the bottom of the sabot in the powder cup. Does the cup have sort of a stair step effect on the inside wall or is smooth cup with a small production tit right in the center of the cup?
Or... on last option - on the outside of the petals, are the petals smooth or do they have shallow ridges?
How did they load for you? To tight - to loose or just right

the ones with a tapered cup are for .452.
And since you are loading the Harvester's I would bet the 451-452's a MMP HPH-24's
