Hunterbolt - BH209 - Lee Minie
Well i first started out with some 385gr Buffalo conicals Cayugad gave me to try out. I never had any luck with them in the accuracy department but figured i'd them a try. It was a no go. They load super tight at the muzzle but as soon as they are in the bore, the plastic ramrod basically pushed them all the way down to the powder. 5 cci 209m primers later, no fire.
Took the rifle inside and pushed the powder and bullet out and went back with some 360gr Lee Minie's that i cast.
They load with thumb pressure and go down the bore slightly tighter than a powerbelt.
70gr BH209 - 360 minie @ 50 yards.
First shot on clean bore is the shot far to the right.
Next 3 shots,

They've been decent bullets for me. I havent tried many of them with bh209 but they seem pretty good in the Hunterbolt. I will try 100 yards some time. Have to call CVA and get a new firing pin. First i lost the primer spacer and then i broke the firing pin. Just not my day!
