I took it out after the Hail/Rain storm, it was really cool out, froze my ears off.
I think its pretty much ready to go!
3 shots @ 100 yards with the 245gr Aerotip powerbelts, 90gr BH209, Standard CCI 209 Primers.
Cold enough that i needed a sweatshirt,

well i THINK i may have made it 100% reliable with BH209 and CCI 209 primers.
I installed my Accura's breech plug into the Hunterbolt and now it should seal up perfect. The Hunterbolt originally had the slotted breech plug. If this Accura plug works good i'll just buy another one and go that route.
Update coming in the morning

Ok guys i got over my fears and went shooting!
The Hunterbolt sports my Accura's breech plug that has a .035" flash hole, factory flash channel and a primer pocket thats i drilled out a bit so i could put an O ring in it.
I still am going to shim the slight gap that allows the primer to move back and forth but today was just to see how it would perform.
Super clean! I put my finger into the bolt area and wiped it around, Came out with nothing on it. Primers are clean and in good shape as well.
Zero problems with these 5 shots * going back out with another 6*
Please excuse the group, its running 90* in the shade and the few minutes between shots is barely enough to keep the heat down.
I am actually going to shim the bolt so it has a little more meat to push the primer tight up against the O ring and that should pretty much make it close to 100% blow back free.

Woooo its a hot one today!
11 shots total today with the new breech plug in the Hunterbolt. Zero ignition problems!
I used some glass cleaner on a small piece of paper towel and wiped out the bolt area and you see how clean it is! After i shim the bolt, this thing SHOULD be 100% blow back free.
6 primers,
Never mind those 2 shots on the far left, that was me getting trigger punchy

Ok i tested it out at 100 yards. Accuracy was amazing. Blow back seems to be more but i know how to fix it.
The spacer sits in the cup i made but due to the drill bit i used, it left a cup rather than a flat surface for the primer to sit up against. Thats the problem! I'll make a new shim once i get some material to work with.
The O ring you see between the Spacer and breech plug is just a weather ring. Keep water and stuff out and away from the primer. I need to find one slightly smaller and then inlet and area in the spacer for it to sit in.
And on the new spacer this is the area i will have to cut FLAT. Thats whats causing the blow back.
Excellent accuracy though! 90* and no cool down time.
