Semi, Semi, Semi - I believe that Sprocket hit the nail on the head. I am looking at your groups and this is not stringing due to barrel problems. If you were getting vertical stringing due to heat buildup or other issue, each sucessive shot would be higher (or lower). You shots are all over the place vertically - one high, one low, the next high, etc. I would suspect the scope.
