No clue how fast its going. Ive never been one to worry about that. Main goal, Accuracy from one shot to the next, along with being able to reload 2 or more shots in the field.

Well i got my second and third shot to touch today. It took 100gr JSG 2F to get them to touch. I however screwed up on shot 4 due to me forgetting to pour the rest of the charge down into the barrel. The cabelas hawken has a restrictive powder channel and i have to pour half, smack the stock to get it to flow under the nipple. I just grabbed the patch and ball and loaded up. Boink! It sounded funny and the rifle had pretty much no kick at all LOL. I knew i did something wrong and when i went and picked up my powder tubes, i found half the charge still in it.

To darn windy to shoot anymore today, hopefully this evening it will settle down.
