Default Barnes bullets and blakhorn 209

First question does 100 grains of blackhorn 209 more powerful than 100 grauns of triple seven or pyrodex? The can says not to exceed 120 grains.
Does the Barnes SBT bullet have the same expansion qualities as the Barnes expander? The sbt's seem to shoot better for me.

tried them both at the range ...the BARNES EXPANDER MZ also known as THE FLOWER OF DEATH ..gets my vote for accuracy and expansion ...the BARNES SBT is a boat-tail and have noticed that in my ENCORE it is not as accurate shooting at 100yds...
