Fat pig there. Something I have done when my back wouldn't stand loading a deer by myself is to back my truck up close, then pull forward, take my shovel and dig two holes for my tires to drop into in the tire marks. It will lower the tailgate about 9 inches and that helps a lot.

Or just power-brake the truck and let it dig down...
