Other than the crown protector seems to be in stalled in the wrong direction, but then again maybe not, it might make someone an interesting tool.
There are a lot of people out there that really beleive, starting the bullet in the bore is essential to great accuracy. It might appeal that that group. For me I just hope that after all these years - I am able to load straight.
Heck! Barnes sells a loading jag somewhat like that also, but of course it does not 'spin'

Guys, its true there are a lot of gadgets out there. And Lord knows, you would need and ATV and a trailer to take all of them with you. But I do use a spin jag when I am loading my saboted bullets and I do notice an improvement in accuracy when I use it over fixed position rods. Especially with shockwaves or similar pointed bullets. (Even using the hollow ramrod tip for the pointed bullets)
