    Spark on the frizzen seems to be weak - how much do you need?
    I thought the same thing about my Great Plains Sabotloader, no "shower of sparks" as I envisioned. But she goes off reliably. Take it to a dark room, give your eyes a little time to adjust to the dark, then give it a go. You'll likely see a lot more sparks.
