That was pretty good. I thought it might be a setup but to tell the truth, I thought if it was that borecleaningweasel was Semi's alter ego, not chet's. Oh well, you guys could have really played that along for a while.

I think it was a good thing that those two wizenheimers quit when they did. I think they need jobs.

Good jobs like cleaning towlets in fast food resturants that serve nothing but grease burgers to children.

And he posted:

Now we move on to Weasel"s first "Introductions" post and everyone adding nice
welcoming comments. Only kb1 seemed to realize that Chetmarks was posting as
the Weasel. He said:

If you go back to Weasel"s "Introductions" thread and read the comments from
Chetmarks and me you will see a lot of hints about Weasel"s identity.

Anyway, Chetmarks and I were exchanging e-mails about the Weasel identity and
decided the Weasel should be a nasty guy. So Weasel started sniping.

Well, things started to get out of hand and we really didn"t want that kind of
stuff on the forum, so we decided to kill off the Weasel. I really think Chet
did that with style " a full pass through, massive wound, and DRT.

SO LONG WEASEL. RIP

Lee - at least the weasel admits it's a joke, never strove to be taken seriously, and was not shilling for his sponsers.

I admit that semi and I created the weasel as an april fools joke and we killed him. Since then I'm not sure what happened exactly. He appears to be resurrected or someone is using that identity. I won't claim responsibility. I guess that's the danger of a joke, from now on every nasty person or half baked post will probably cause semi and I to get the blame. I personally think the weasel is real and his identity may never be absolutely known for sure . Maybe it's a conspiracy .All I know is I regret my involvement , especially now, but can't change that. If anyone finds out the real identity of the weasel please let me know so I can clear my name.
Thanks
chet

The difference is one of them is trying to be funny (although with so many comedians out of work he ought not give up his day job). The other one expects people to take him seriously while he shamelessly shills.
