The T-EZ might work. Any 45 caliber XTP in a crush rib sabot might work. The SST in a low drag sabot might fit your barrel, but perhaps only for shooting practice, not hunting. A 44 caliber XTP in a green crush rib sabot might work.
A 90g load of powder might be a starting load.

I have recently switched to the Parker bullets:

I have had great results with both the 275 and 300 gr bullets and BH209 powder. This is what I did with my CVA Accura:
I did this at 100 yds:
And this with the 300 gr:
I did flinch on the third shot because a bug landed on my face as I shot!!! I think you should check this product out and give them a try.
