Silly Teenager
This is a little button buck that I watched for a half hour Sunday morning making two scrapes under the oaks on one of my food plots. He was standing on his hind legs to rub his face on the overhead branches. He would rub and chew the branches, then scrape a little and pee in the scrape, then stand up like that and shake his head around in the branches. Really a hoot to watch.

That kind of talk turns me off too sproulman. The same kind of talkby a bunch of friends around camp is fine and in the context of "the guys" goofing off. But it ticks me off to hear such braggarts in public places in front of strangers.I won't fault anyone for shooting a button buck on public land or small parcels of private land. Some hunting situations offer limited opportunities, and a deer is a deer.I'm fortunate tobe in aclub lease situation where we can protect the young bucks.
