Nope. They shoot well in my Genesis. Load is 100 gr loose Pyrodex RS. Works great on deer.
Does your rifle have a standard 50 cal bore? These bullets are supposed to work in "tight" and "loose" 50 cal bores. Let us know how they fly.
Here's some info - if you can get them moving around 1500 fps, you can sight in for 2.5 high at 75 and be about 3 - 3.5 low at 150. Zero is at 125.

They work quite well in my Umag .504. I checked to make sure they would not shake off the load and also checked them after a couple of days bouncing around in my truck while hunting, they stayed put. I am shooting them with 110gr of 777 3F and gettingaround 1700fps. Typical groups are under 2" at 100 yards, no swabbing,using a peep sight. Unfortunately I haven't shot any game with them yet.
