One day shooting in the backyard by myself someone shot 2 in the course of 4 shots

I worked with a guy who not only shot his ram rod down range he said he did it to see what would happen. It was a alum. one in a Remington 700 50 cal. It hit the ply wood backer board and bent nearly double. Any way the fellow was rather proud even though the ram rod was ruined and he couldn't get the BP out himself.

When it went off I thought the gun was gone it was louder than loud, and his shoulder took a licking.
