Thats some fine looking meat.
I think about what it must have been like in the old western,mountain man days when a kill like that was made.
That much meat must have been cause for celibration.

Its all in the deep freeze and i can tell you this, theres no friggin way i could fit 2 elk into it! 2 turkeys and the elk filled it and left some room for the bread. Over 50lbs of burger that we made from the scrap meat, along with meat for jerky and stew meat. Its insane how much came off of her.

That looks like good eating! That's amazing how much meat you got off her- and elk meat is my favorite...
