Bingo. Folks may want to read this article on Terminal Sectional Density:
http://www.snipersparadise.com/tsmag/July03/july03.htm
http://www.the-gleasons.com/TSD%20Wound%20Chart-MZ.htm
You can see that the Nosler Partition and the Barnes MZ are close to each other in Penetration depth.
Check out the formula for SD and TSD and see how meplat figures into it. Note that a fragmenting bullet has a near zero final weight, so making TSD very small for this type of bullet. Note that the Copper Magnum Black Belt is sold today asa PB.

As Sabot loader stated, the Nosler 260 partition will expand on meat (as will the Gold Dot and the Barnes Expander.)

Please note this quote in Al Marion's article, which was what I was saying on another thread about "pancaking" or long shanks are a thing of beauty.

Busta over on MM posted some pics of a 440g white conical that looked like my other set of 405 powerbelts. Pancakes are going to create a huge hole through the animal. Which in turn as i found out, leaves a darn good blood trail and a dead animal a stone throw away. That 440 white conical also looked like pictures of my 370g maxiball, only my maxi had a bit of weakness in the center.

I fell pray to the advertising hype(which I am prone to do) and bought the Nikon Omega BDC scope for my Encore and picked up some SW 250's per the scope reccomendation for the BDC and 150grn charge.
I have yet to try it.I knew less then than I do now and that seems like allot of shoulder punisment.
