Cayuga lake.. no wonder them fish are perfect.
For me I fillet them rascals, and then dip them fillets in milk. I roll that in a combination of corn meal, pepper, salt, garlic salt, paprika, and a very small amount of onion powder. Them lay them coated fillets in a hot fry pan with some olive oil in there. Cook them to golden brown and eat them fast before anyone else knows they are done.
