Very unusuall for TC not to respond. I have had 2 issues with TC and they were solved in a day. Neither were a problem but the fact they responded so quick satisfied me 100%.

Sent them an email a few weeks ago concerning a broken stock (my fault it was broken). Aftera week and no response I re-sent the email adding that it had been a week with no response. I got an email the next day saying "send the stock back and we will replace it". I sent it out the same day!
The next day I got an email from a different person saying "send it back and we will look at it and decide what to do".
Sure glad I included a copy of the email saying "we will replace it" with the stock.
Haven't got anything back from them yet, but I did get a postcard saying it had been received.

I have T/C answer my phone calls and emails.. I really do not understand the problem the rest of you face. They answered my emails twice and sent me parts within days.. I guess they like me.

I sent a bbl back to t/c the beginning or Jan. after 2 weeks I finally got a card saying they got my bbl. That was Jan 21st. Havent heard anything so I called them yesterday. Said they havent sent it through inspection yet and it would be another 4 weeks. Good thing I dont need it soon. Not very happy about it but I'll wait and see what they will do.
