Thinking about a .45, any ideas?

RE: Thinking about a .45, any ideas?
I'll have to agree with Tahquamenonregarding the 45's. I have owned a flintlock and percussion lock for many years now in 45 caliber. I noticed it is extremely hard to find bullets for it especially in most stores that carry muzzleloading supplies. The 50 cal has become the standard and you generally have to find your 45, 54, and 58's at specialty hunting stores or even internet sales. So when I wentlooking for a new inline I went with the 50 caliber. I go on camping / hunting trips with a group and they all have 50's so it's nice if you need to borrow something in an emergency. Plus some States don't allow a 45 and have the 50 as the minimum. I will say my 45's are deadly accurate and they have brought down everything I have hit with them.
