Default RE: CVA?

After reading about T/C Encore I am glad that I have a CVA. I had a screw break on the trigger assembly and called CVA. Three days later I hadmy screw at no charge. If they take care of you on the little things they will more than likely take care of everything else too. Also they were very courteous as well as prompt at taking care of my problem. Service is what it is all about.
