corey.. I enhanced your picture for you so your hits show up a little better. That XTP looks like it is doing a pretty good job there. Did you shoot more of them? Were you swabbing between shots?



I have a Knight LK-II which is a lot like your Knight USA. The LK-II is considered the Wolverine I was told. If you ever see any of them in a store, pick up a pack of Saber tooth Conicals and try them with 90 grains of powder. My little Wolverine and my Disc both really liked them in the 250 & 300 grain weights. The 300 grain and the Knight Disc had a real thing going actually. They are cheaper then powerbelts. My LK-II did not like powerbelts.

I was when I first day I was sighting in I did then went to 3 shot then swab, then 4 shot groups. my gun seems to like it very dirty and I think it likes it clean too, not good for me, gets kinda hard to load after 3 shots. if you look at the my first post and the target. and that major cluster most work 2 and 3 then swab. I got the pissy because I could not get my scope to got move worth a damn

I shoot 22 rounds of xtp, and about 7 rounds of powerbelt, looks like my usak likes both but I am going to shoot the xpt. they are hitting in the same places.

I am going out this weekend and working up my hunting load.
starting with 85 grs of pyrodex p, xtp with the mag express sabot.

I go with what I have on hand, hunting season less then a month away, starting a second job, just use what I got. play with other sabot and bullet combos after the season is over. and I have more money
