Old Powder
What are the effects of using old (1-3 years) T7 pellets and granulated powder?
I am using up some old stuff and it's producing flyers (4-5" out of an otherwise excellent group). Is the old powder probably responsible?
It was stored in a clean, dry place.

Old powder is just that.. old powder. You never know if it went bad or not. Actually if you shoot it over a chronograph, that is the best indication if the powder does not compare in velocity to new powder. If the powder was stored properly it should be fine.
Fliers can happen for a lot of reasons. Powder being one of them. It is hard to say if that is your problem or not.
