Totally real...NO fake.
The slope of the body on those cars is extreme and the deer was small. At the right speed it would deflect that little deer with little to no damage to the vehicle. Landing probably inflicted more injury to the deer than the deflection off the hood did. Poor little thing.It's momma never told him/her to stay off the road.
