Is 150 grains of loose pyrodex considered safe? I thought you could only use pellets safely, rated at 150 grains?

Its been fired a couple hundred times with 150 grains loose pyro rs and between the 245 and 295 grain powerbelts. Winchester says to keep it in the 120-130 for a cleaner burn.
