The 460gr might do better but I do not shoot a muzzleloader like yours. Give them a try. You might really like them.

You might look at the 300gr Sabor Tooth, for me there is no comparison it is a similsr bullet that is better designed at little more than half the price. A 300 ge Gold Dot in a harvestor sabot usually works very well in that gun too. Lee

Lee, I am shootingthe 300g GD bullet in a Harvester sabotfor the first time tomorrow in a TC FL for Penna. FL Season. I can't wait.

I couldn't tell you if it would shoot them. I do know that those PB's perform great on deer. I used them two seasons ago and dropped a 200 pound buck in it's tracks. If you want something cheaper, try the Hornady's or TC's XTP sabots. Those should perform great on deer and on the range. Good luck.
