Well guys they never had the Optima at the shop i was at. The guy sold 7 guns in 2 days. Which is alot for my town. SO i shoulderd the Kodiak and i bought it. It has a stainless steel barrel and a camo stock. Pretty cheap price to it was $285. I wish he woulda had the Optima but im happy with the kodiak to.
That would have been the Kodiak Pro, otherwise that barrel is nickel finish. They are similar to the Apex but lighter. Hope you enjoy her. Good Luck.

Oh no! besides that ugly
encore type stock you like thumbholes too.... gees you never saw anything like either of those two stocks in a John Wayne movie - dey ain't natural... FG probably doen't even know who John Wayne is...

I like that laminated stock. I wonder if I the Apex barrel/action will drop in one?
Be a good question to e-mail to CVA - you might be surprised...

of course i know who john wayne is, hes an actor/draft dodger. Im not a big fan of his acting but the best movie he played in was The man who shot liberty valance.

Ah darn! I forgot you were a scottsman - they think about everything... My grandpa was a Glasgow and he didn't do anything without thinking about it... He would have a hard time with a modern day smoke alarm - when it told him get out a fire - he'ed haf to think about it...

But I gotta admit he didn't make to many mistakes - now me on the other hand...

He was -Iowa... Alowishes (spelling)- I never called him by that name he was just grampa... Everybody else called him Al...
