Flying Ferris, well you do know 3F was originally designed for small calibers and pistols? A lot of people insist on using it for hunting loads but I find that for me in my guns 2F is much more accurate with loads over 100 gr. I use 150 gr APP FF with the 50/40 200 gr Shock Wave and if my old chrony is accurateand some others could tell you what they get to see but it reads 2300+ and 7/8 inch to 1.25 inch depending on me and the conditions. My groups seem to open up a bit when its over 95 degrees

I know what it was intended for but I get better velocity for less powder out of the 3x. Accuracy differnce between the two powders was a wash, and I'm getting 2350ish numbers and the gun has settled into tack driving, just got to clean between shots. Really haven't been impressed by American Pioneer, and the inconsitency of their sticks, and if I'm shooting loose I'll shoot 777.
