Default 50/40,200gr loads

This 50/40 200gr Shock Wave shoots best for me with the max load;I am interested in how they shoot for other people and with what load.
Omega Z5-APP150gr. FF & win 209 will shoot from .75 to .85 if I do every thing right. What do they do for you?? Lee

I am shooting the cheap version 10mm 200grain XTP with 110 grains of T7-2f - I can not shoot as well as you @ a 100, but I really do get good groups with this load 2200 ft per second.

WhenI shoot them in my Knight Disc I use 120 grains of Goex 2f or Pyrodex RS and the accuracy is exceptional.

Out of my Thompson Center Black Diamond XR I shoot them with 110 graind of Triple Se7en (loose) or two Pyrodex Pellets.

Out of my Knight Wolverine LK-II I shoot them with 100 grains of Goex 3f.

I've never shot them out of the other inlines. The Knight Disc with open sights really impressed me with accuracy the first timeI shot them out of the rifle..

It must be my particuler Omega it seems like the more powder I put in the better it shoots this bullet.I like the 3/4 to 7/8 inch group but it seems wasteful to shoot150gr all the time.
I think I will try some APP FFF and see what happens. Lee

Did you ever chrono this load? Based on what I got out of 130 grains of 2F Jim Shockey Gold with a 250 grain Shockwave, I'm thinking you could be approaching 2500.

Roskoe,I have a very old chrony and though it has work well overy the years I do not trust it. Set up at 25yds so that the sabots dont hit it it shows a bit more than the figure you mentioned,I wish that they would bond them I am concerned about the terminal ballistics. I shot a big coyote with one and it left a hole you could put all your fingers and your thumb on exit, I plann to do a little experament when I go hog hunting if possable and I will post results. Lee
