Really tough question for me... I think of all the rifles in this house both centerfire (6/7 of them) and ML's (5 inlines-7 percusions)and if I had to choose one to hunt with - recreationally I would probably grab my 24" Remington 50 cal. If I had to choose one to hunt with because I had to hunt to survive and i had to be successful it would be my 270 A-bolt. If I had to choose one just hunt with and to shoot with it would probably be the new Omega...
For me. I would really hate to have to make that decision it would be really difficult.

Whoa thats a tough one, no trouble about not using modern rifles. I could even stay away from inlines! It would be a struggle to chose between the T/C Grey Hawk 50 cal. or the T/C Firestorm 50 cal. One is perc. and one is a flintlock. They are both good enough to harvest whatever i hunt out to 125 yds. Glad i don't have to choose!
