One thing is you have to cock it to get your finger on the trigger, all though I can get it in with a glove on after it is cocked.
I had to lap a few burrs out of the barrel to get it to load and shoot good.
To the good is how easy it is to clean. I am elated with the way it shoots and it loads nice and smooth since I lapped it. Mine likes Shock Waves best but will shoot 1.5 inch groups with a lot of bullets so far the only ones it throughs all over the place is the Big Game .475 X325gr TC bullets. It likes likes all powders if you have the right amount except 777.
Hope this helps. Lee

I have small hands/fingers so the trigger assembly
doen't bother me at all. Mine has the thumbhole
stock & shoulders great. I also had to remove some
rough spots in the barrel to get it to load easier.
It will shoot the T/C shockwaves ok, tends to
throw powerbelts, too many fliers. Cleans like a dream.
Mine shoots 777 very well with the kleenbore
primers. Hope this helps.

After 75 plus shots, I sent mine back to be checked 2 weeks ago. Would not come close to a group with any powder, sabot combo. Also had a "washboard" barrel - sabot would start easy, get hard, easy and hard to seat.
My feelings? - A $500 plus gun should not leave the factory with a barrel like this or need to be lapped to shoot right. When returned, I will shoot it enough to see that it is fixed, take a loss and send it down the road.

Don't like the trigger, but it is a small problem that doesn't bother me that much. Also, the stock was too short for me. However, I got the SIMs medium slip over recoil pad, and that makes it just the right length, and I can shoot it all day without worrying about the recoil. Shoot well, even with 777. Just have to use light loads with 777 to get accuracy (85-95 grains loose powder).

I really like my Omega, shoots 1.5 inch pattern consistently at 50 yards with 2 pellets of 777 and a 250 Grain Shockwaves.

Was a bit hard to load at first, but have sent about 50 rounds down the pipe and it is getting much better, no washboarding as described by Steve.

I am hooked on it as far as Deer hunting goes but will be doing some experimenting to get the shot groups a bit tighter if able.

I only use light Jersey Cotton gloves to hunt with so the trigger guard has never been a problem for me. (I use a hand warmer mit or keep my hands inthe pockets of my coat until I need to pick up the rifle for a shot if it is cold)
