REMEMBER THE PEIFER

RE: REMEMBER THE PEIFER
I'm from Nakomis (actually it's Nokomis) and have a Peifer rifle. I've had it for 3 years now and really like it. It is a pain to dissassemble and clean but I get pretty good accuracy from it. Ralphs son in law goes to the same deer camp as me. His grandson is 3 years younger than me.

RE: REMEMBER THE PEIFER
shaftcaster,
Congratulations on your Peifer Rifle! I'm sure you will find it to be a very accurate rifle. Please keep me posted on the loads that work the best for you.
It's been over a year since I last shot mine.I foundthe Barnes 300MZ and 100gr.Triple 7 worked best out of my rifle. The next time Itake it to the range, Iwant to try the 285gr. Barnes Spit-fires.
I'm curious how you cameupon the rifle and what you had to give for it.
