Kodiak Brownies
Well,
I am off for eight days to Afognak Island to hunt the big Kodiak Brownies. I expect a tough hunt. We are bringing a raft and motor which means we had to cut way back on other gear to make weight. It's gonna be a little rough, and probably a little smellybut I think we will be all right. I will let you all know how I do, hopefully with a picture or two in about a week.

RE: Kodiak Brownies
I hunted Afognak a few times, once you get off shore, it's a pretty nice place to hunt. There's big timber around the island, and it opens up a bit as you go up.
I had a big brown bear steal a deer from me there one time..
